This is what stood out

During my stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. The housekeepers did a commendable job in keeping everything tidy. The location was also a plus, with shopping and dining options nearby. Just be aware that not all amenities may meet expectations.

There were clean sheets on the bed.

The room had a serious mold issue in the shower.

Roaches crawled around the dirty room.

The staff were extremely welcoming, and it felt like a reunion seeing them again. Our dogs were also treated well, making our stay feel like home.

Target audience, Avoid this hotel at all costs

Had to switch rooms a couple times but the last one had clean sheets— that was a relief! ! Even if room didn’t exactly shine, at least the bed was decent.

Lone Star Inn and Suites served as a decent stop for my stay. The room had a comfortable bed with clean sheets. I appreciated the fridge and microwave, making late-night snacks easy. The staff greeted me kindly and checked me in quickly, which was a plus. On the downside, the first room I entered had a musty odor. After I reported it, they shifted me to a cleaner room, but it still felt dated. The air conditioning struggled on hotter days. Also, I noticed some minor cleanliness issues like dust on the furniture. Overall, the experience was average. I feel it has potential but needs better maintenance and updates to really shine.

The lounge area had a cozy atmosphere, decorated with charming local art and comfortable seating, making it a delightful spot for relaxation. The accessibility features were wonderfully accommodating for seniors like me, highlighting thoughtful planning.

Friendly staff but cleanliness concerns

I had a pleasant stay thanks to the staff, who were genuinely friendly and welcoming. However, the room's cleanliness left much to be desired. it felt a bit neglected and rundown. This hotel has the potential to be great, but it really needs improvement in its maintenance and cleaning standards.

The Budget Double Room was decent for the price. Clean sheets were a plus, but there were definitely some issues. The overall vibe felt a bit dated, and while it wasn’t overly bad, it just lacked a certain comfort. The shower could use some TLC, and it felt cramped. Not the worst, but not the best either.

lonestar inn and suites was a great place to unwind. the staff are super friendly, and they really make you feel welcome. the price is also reasonable for what you get. one standout was the immense help from the night staff who went out of their way to ensure we got a room. it's close to some not-so-great areas but still felt safe enough.

Would recommend for a short interlude

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, I appreciated the free wi-fi in rooms and the flat-screen TV for entertainment during my stay.

Everything was as perfect as can be.
